How It Works
The selection process aims to match students with organizations based on mutual goals and interests. Throughout the eight weeks, interns are trained and supervised by host organizations, ensuring a supportive environment that allows for real-world application of Leadership Program skills. As a capstone, interns will organize and lead a courageous conversation to help their host organization fulfill its mission.

Added Bonuses
LEAD STL amplifies the internship experience through professional development opportunities, which include an orientation session, networking events, leadership skill-building workshops, and a concluding session where interns share their learning outcomes.
